The report presents the results of paired-t tests comparing Real Content and Animated Content. The tests showed that Real Content had a significant large difference in scores between the 1st and 4th sessions of VHISS, STAI, and BAI tests. However, Animated Content did not show a significant difference in scores between the 1st and 4th sessions of VHISS, STAI, and BAI tests. Nonetheless, there were non-significant large differences found in some cases. The findings suggest that Real Content is more effective than Animated Content in eliciting emotional responses and reducing anxiety levels. Further research is recommended to confirm these results and explore other potential factors influencing user engagement and emotional responses to different types of content.
